Andrea’s yoga and mindful meditation journey started over 15 years ago and has roots in classical Ballet.
When not teaching, Andrea continues her 18 year career in the corporate sector. Andrea’s passionate about teaching in a fun and engaging way. Her classes allow you to stretch out, increase flexibility, fitness and strength, while relieving tension in the body and mind. Andrea believes in accessible yoga for all, so her mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pre-Natal yoga is designed to be suitable for all levels of experience. In her spare time you will find her in nature or surfing down the coast.
