Arti’s personal practice of yogasana started at the age of 13 when she undertook formal learning in an ashram environment to solidify the practice and culminate it into a passionate profession. She is trained under Gurus from different lineage and has been teaching since 2002. Arti admires the teachings of Swami Ram – Great Himalayan Master and follows the religion of Spirituality.
At Kaya Arti teaches Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga which flows with the aid of yogic Ujjayi breathing followed by relaxation and meditation with elements of Kriya Yoga covered in the class.
Through her classes she teaches how to be present in the present moment by cultivating high levels of gross and subtle awareness of ones being. Arti helps individuals’ radiate positive energy via thoughts, actions and words leading members to a more calm and composed mind.
