Feren was first introduced to the benefits of yoga when she sought out a healthy outlet to help counteract the negative effects of sitting down all day at her desk job. Once she fully realized the true benefits of unifying the mind, body and breath in yoga, she began practicing regularly and has never looked back. Although Feren has a background in financial services and education, her true passion is helping her all her students learn the benefits of practicing yoga in a safe and welcoming environment.
