She designs carefully considered Vinyasa sequences, encouraging students to connect with the rhythm of the breath and the beat of the heart – the soundtrack of life. She believes that the body and mind can be used as a catalyst to connect with yourself on a deeper, more spiritual level. She integrates mindfulness practices, encouraging students to explore movement by connecting with the intelligence of the body. This involves tuning into the subtle sensations of the body for a present and individualised experience.
