Jose has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has completed a Bachelor of Sports Science, Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and is an internationally certified instructor for Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat, and RPM. Jose has also recorded fitness videos for Aerobics Oz Style and Michelle Bridges.
Jose is committed to helping people achieve their fitness goals with a well thought out and structured workout that will enable them to improve their endurance while having fun at the same time.
