Lauren’s fitness journey began in 2011 when she decided to pick up running as a way to relieve stress. It wasn’t long before she completed a half-marathon and discovered that a healthy body is truly a key part in leading a happy and balanced life. An injury spurred Lauren’s transition from running to weights training and she quickly developed a passion for challenging herself at the gym.
Being and avid learner, she began to educate herself about proper form and techniques and different types of training. She soon found that friends and family began coming to her for help and advice.
This inspired Lauren to pursue a career in health and fitness, moving from Canada to Melbourne to study to become a personal trainer.
Lauren was beyond excited to find Kaya, where she can continue to expand her knowledge amongst leading professionals in the industry and work alongside individuals who share her passion for health and fitness.
