Mel come’s from an extensive career as a professional Dancer. After 15 years training, she spent her professional dancing career travelling the world in Musical Theatre, Film and TV.

After many years of performing she looked for ways to strengthen her body and it led her to Pilates. She holds her Reformer qualification from Elixr School of Pilates, as well as Kaya Barre Certification.

Her workouts are full body, non-stop, and results driven. Pushing her clients a little more each week. Her passion lies in strengthening, toning and working the body to it’s full potential.
