Pilates and a healthy lifestyle has been a game changer for Simona. After years of lacking energy and feeling weak, Simona discovered clean nutrition, Pilates and yoga. Food and nutrition has become her medicine and Pilates and yoga have become the mechanisms to strengthen and nourish her mind, body and soul.
