Fitness Circuit (FC)

 

Designed as a full-body Boxing and High intensity circuit based workout influenced by the Tabata protocol. Imagine 12 fast-paced / high intensity circuit stations and a Boxing zone, repeating each exercise 2 times. Be challenged for 40 seconds and then Rest for 20 seconds.

Suitable for all levels. Duration: 50 minute and 60 minute classes

This class will burn between 600-800 calories.

Inners must be worn please bring to each class or purchase from reception.

 

This class includes Fast-Paced, High Intensity Movements.

 Boxing

A High Intensity, Fast Paced Boxing only class, specialising in partner boxing work with the use of focus pads.

All instructors have extensive experience in Boxing and overall group training.

This class includes Fast-Paced, High Intensity Movements.

Spinning ®

An outdoor riding experience that takes place indoors using varied terrain, music, and motivational coaching. Spinning ® will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training. Our classes are led by our expert cyclists who provide a fun, yet challenging setting and ever changing scenery. No coordination required.

Kaya’s Spinning ® instructors guide these classes with an interactive, inspiring and personal approach.
All Spinning ® instructors are certified
