    Keep up with what’s happening around the club instantly by following us on our socials. Instagram and Facebook are the platforms we use to communicate with YOU and provide important updates and real-time news such as new classes, club hours and need-to-know information.

    You can now attend 2 x classes per day

    We are so happy to announce that we can again offer you even more flexibility and options with your training and allow you to do multiple classes per day.
    However, please note, in order to create a fair environment where all members have the opportunity to book at least one class per day, you will NOT be able to book your second class via Mind Body.

    If you would like to do a second class, simply head to reception 10-15 minutes prior to class commencement to see if there are any spots available.

    No Towel = No Train

    It is important to maintain good hygiene, so a sweat towel is essential for all classes and sessions including Yoga and Pilates. We will also be re-introducing bolsters in the Yoga Studio, however, students MUST bring along (or hire) a bath towel to cover the bolster. This is because bolsters are fabric and cannot be sanitised as thoroughly as other props, so a bath towel is essential to cover the bolster.

    For your convenience, sweat and bath towels can be hired at reception and ask us how you can SAVE with a 10-pack towel card.

    Need to update your details?

    Updating your billing or contact details is easy. Simply visit our website and head to the ‘Members Area’ under the Memberships tab.

    Alternatively, you can see our friendly reception team who will be happy to provide you with a Change of Details form.

    Our Mindbody booking system is NOT associated with our debit system, so please do not try to update your billing details via Mindbody.

    We wish you all a safe and happy Easter. Please familiarise yourself with our club operating hours over this time. For class schedules during this period, grab a timetable from reception or head to the timetable page on the KAYA website.

    We’ve heard you loud and clear, our online timetable interface is due for an upgrade! Which is why we’ve taken great time & care into designing a brand-new version based on your feedback.The new timetable should be launching in early March so stay tuned.

    Congratulations Jose Garcia

    Join us in congratulating Pilates Teacher Trainer Jose for successfully completing his 2-year Pilates Master Mentor Program Certification with Lolita San Miguel. Lolita is the only living remaining Pilates Elder, which means she was taught and certified by Joseph Pilates directly. Her 2-year rigorous program is quite the achievement and Jose is excited to be a second generation student of Joseph Pilates and bring some of what he has learned to you in class.

    Welcome Back Gordie!

    We’re VERY excited to welcome back Gordie to the KAYA team after his time away in Sydney! You can catch the triple threat teaching Fitness Circuit (FC), Boxing and Pilates across both clubs from early March.

    We’re also so happy to announce Gordie will be taking up Residence as Personal Trainer at Emporium commencing in April. In addition to having his Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Pilates & Boxing Certificates, Gordie has over 3000 hours of Personal Training experience, is a Master Rehab Trainer and a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.

    Demi fell in love with yoga when she travelled to India when she was 20 years old. She loved the feeling of bliss she experienced both during and after class, and how that feeling would stay with her throughout her day. It was also in India, that Demi learned how much she loved to write about her travels. She believes that stories have power. They delight, enchant, touch, teach, recall, inspire, motivate, challenge.
