Annika is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle. She believes that a sense of wellness enhances all aspects of our lives and she is passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals.
Her love of ballet and many styles of dance began at an early age and lead to studies in performing arts and dance teaching. Through years of training Annika discovered the importance of building and maintaining strength, not only for correct technique in dance but also for injury prevention and overall fitness.
This motivated Annika to gain qualifications in Barre as Barre is a mixture of all Annika’s passions! Annika’s Barre classes will challenge and inspire you by combining cardio, flexibility, strength and stability. Be prepared for some shaky legs!
Annika is also currently undertaking study to become a Health Coach looking at leading a healthy and happy life in a holistic way through food, relationships, career and physical activity.
