Ava has a background in dance having trained full-time in Classical Ballet.
Through her classical training, Ava fell on love with Pilates as a way to strengthen and tone
her body. With a passion for movement and technique, teaching Reformer Pilates and Barre
after her dance venture was a no brainer. Ava brings a focus on breath, alignment and
length to all her classes to ensure you get the best out of your workout and walk out feeling
stronger and taller after each class. The joy of movement found in Ava’s classes is
infectious. The benefits you gain from pilates in the studio will translate to the way in which
you move outside of the studio - and this interconnection of movement and strength is at the
core of Ava’s teaching practice.
