Bianca reflects on sport being the first thing she remembers being good at, and credits fitness for her confidence and determination in life today. She places high value on fitting fitness into everyday lives and encourages 100% commitment in the time that is dedicated to it. Bianca teaches Spinning® and Body Pump and spends the rest of her free time dedicated to running road and trail marathons.
