Vocationally trained as a Ballet dancer for over a decade, movement has long been an integral part of Brianna’s life. Throughout her training, Pilates provided a backbone of strength and conditioning as well as injury rehabilitation. It also gifted mindfulness and breath to the otherwise rigorous practice of classical Ballet. Coming to Kaya first as a member allowed Bri to find Barre which enabled the uniting of the two forms of movement she loved most, Pilates and Ballet. Teaching Barre made it possible to bring it all together in an expressive, fun, and high energy class. Classes will focus on precise alignment and classical form in order to develop strength and body awareness. In Bri’s class expect to push yourself and expect to feel that burn all while having a laugh and a great time.
