Claire started practicing yoga in 2013 to try a gentler form of exercise after several injuries. She quickly understood the mental and physical benefits of an ongoing practice and undertook her training in Thailand in 2015. Claire is offering to students of all level a creative, challenging and interactive flow. In her teaching, as in her life, she speaks from the heart and likes to shares the wisdom of Buddhism and Taoism. Come and join her on the mat for a rejuvenating practice.
