Derrick has been a passionate mover all his life. He finds balance in life not through any one set practice, but through using an analytic, open minded approach to assess the ever changing human experience we all share.

Although traditional and contemporary yoga comprises a large part of Derrick’s method of instruction, he is also passionate about Pilates, running, and anything else that gets the body moving in dynamic and natural ways.
You can expect both powerful and gentle classes with Derrick, which will be accompanied by an easy going approach and healthy sense of humour.
