After a knee injury ended her dance career Diana turned to the corporate world. When days spent behind a computer left her unfulfilled she decided to get qualified as a Personal Trainer followed by a Reformer Pilates qualification and became passionate about injury rehabilitation and prevention. Diana now splits her work days between working with her clients, teaching Pilates, HIIT circuit classes and Barre. Her high-energy and a quirky sense of humour will push you to work a little bit harder every time.
