In Sierra’s years completing her performing arts studies she became injured, and her only focus after was to get complete mobility back. It wasn’t until years later when she found a new passion for Aerial Hoops and Silks, Sierra realized her old injury was stopping her from progressing any further. She then decided it was time to bring Pilates back into her life. This helped her to start rebuilding the strength she lost, furthering her performance and all round happiness. Since then, Sierra has dedicated herself to helping others develop holistic strength and muscular control. She wants members to work hard and have fun whilst training. She loves challenging people to get the most out of their classes focusing on correct alignment and technique (complete with a healthy dose of light-hearted sarcasm)
