After a back injury in the final year of Performing Arts studies left her unable to move without great pain, Emma sought ways to rebuild her strength and gain muscular balance to prevent further injuries. Enter Pilates and an ever-growing obsession!

She loves the possibilities Reformer Pilates provides for a tough and varied workout for healthy bodies as well as those working with limitations, injuries and pregnancies. In her classes she will push you to focus, work hard and smile so you leave feeling sore but energised.
