Gordie got into fitness to help people live healthier, happier and longer lives. During high school, he struggled with being an overweight teenager. After training himself for several years, Gordie was able to transform both his physique and perception of himself. From this experience, he decided he wanted to assist others in their own fitness journey. Gordie loves pushing people in training so they can get the most out of their workouts and achieve things they previously thought impossible.
