Jaya was drawn to yoga initially as a practice to relax while studying and working, but found herself coming back for the life lessons as well as a way to connect to her Hindu & Tamil heritage. Jaya completed her yoga teacher training in 2021 and strongly believes in the power the yoga practice can have on our mental and physical wellbeing. Jaya aims to provide a safe (and musical) space to soften, introspect and experience the joy and self-awareness yoga brings.
