Jenny believes that everyone can benefit from Yoga and is up to the challenge to convince you!
She has a light-hearted approach to teaching, with an emphasis on having fun whilst developing strength, flexibility, balance (physical and emotional) and stillness.
Her first book, Yoga for Travellers, was published in 2014.
Jenny trained at the Life Centre in London (now Yogacampus) and is a member of both Yoga Australia and the British Wheel of Yoga. She hopes to pass on her passion for yoga, both on the mat and in daily life, to all of her students.
