Julie has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years and has taught Spinning for over 15 years.

Julie started her love of fitness at the age of 4 competing in Calisthenics and dance competitions. The natural progression was to register as a Fitness Instructor, and Julie has taught all types of group exercise classes over the years. However, her love is teaching Spinning.

The energy, buzz, creativity and, of course, the workout from a Spinning class is infectious and priceless, which is why Julie’s loves it.

Julie’s attention to detail regarding participant’s technique is crucial, and her love for people and finds watching them work hard with a smile so rewarding.
