Kat has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over ten years with a fierce passion and commitment to teaching and creating a balanced and healthy life-style through fitness, diet and mental health. With a vast array of knowledge across many disciplines of fitness, her wisdom is shared with ease in a fun and engaging way, making the most physically challenging sessions enjoyable.
Kat has her finger on the pulse when it comes to keeping up with new ways to move the body, always learning and discovering what’s best for her client’s goals. Since Rocky Balboa and Arnold Schwarzenegger are her all-time favourite heroes it’s easy to see why she loves teaching fitness circuit and boxing. She always has lots of creative and considered variations for boxing and caters to various levels of experience, with a supportive and welcoming attitude.
In her spare time Kat is a professional raw desert maker, loves to rock climb, hike and be in nature, whether it’s the beach or mountains and is dedicated to meditation.
Expect her fun and enthusiastic classes to focus on correct technique and fundamental understanding of how the body is intended to move. Kat’s classes allow her clients training to progresses quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety so they can train, achieve their goals and stay healthy for years to come.
