Lauren is an Exercise and Sport Scientist with extensive Pilates experience. She works with groups to achieve both common and individual goals such as mobility, balance, strength, coordination, team unity, focus, and bodily awareness. Lauren has found Pilates to be a great accompaniment to high physical and mental loads. It provides much-needed attention to balancing the body, while encouraging greater coordination, along with mental focus and relaxation. She is more than happy to accommodate for any injuries, and people new to exercise will benefit from the steady pace and focus on technique during class.
