Natalya spent three years in full-time Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance tuition before pursuing her passion for health and wellness and completing her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. Natalya loves helping others find their strength and cardiovascular fitness limits, and programs her classes to challenge and inspire others. She has worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor throughout Melbourne, teaching small-group training and Barre classes. Natalya’s goal is to assist others in their pursuit of a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
