Originally from Ireland, Paul was brought up on a diet of philosophy, mantras and meditation, that eventually led to Yoga.

His classes are vibrant, dynamic, fluid and fun, while always maintaining a focus on the breath and the spiritual aspects of the physical practice.

Trained in Vinyasa, Yin & SomaChi styles, he incorporates elements of Somatic healing and Tai Chi to his teaching.
