Rachel has completed her 350 hour advanced yoga teacher training, her 30 hour yin yoga training and is a certified meditation facilitator. Rachel’s classes are challenging, creative and adapted to the various needs of her students. Her teaching is grounded in philosophy as she weaves pranayama, breath control, through the physical practice of asana. Rachel is known for introducing new and interesting shapes into her sequences, and giving students playful opportunities to extend themselves. She encourages students to develop connection with their bodies and their hearts.
