Sophie has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has a deep connection to all aspects of the practice. Sophie completed a 350 hour Advanced Diploma of yoga teacher training with the Australian Yoga Academy. Since graduating, she has completed further study in pranayama, and anatomy in specific relation to asana practice. It is this training that has shaped her teaching in a way that encourages movement and mobility through strength and resilience always with the main focus being the breath. Soph’s experiences as a yogi, how it has guided, informed and ultimately transformed her life is what led her to want to share the practice with others.
