Suzi has been working as the resident female personal trainer at Kaya Prahran since 2014. Suzi has a passion for creating fun and dynamic fitness sessions that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Suzi is also a qualified nutritionist with a BHSc in Nutritional Medicine, and has helped many of her clients with ongoing health complaints as well as weight-loss. Suzi has a special interest and is skilled in strength training, HIIT, boxing, pilates, weight-loss, core and posture correction, & injury rehabilitation.
