Tanya’s yoga journey began at the age of 15 though her practice didn’t become consistent until her early twenties and that is when she knew she needed to enroll in a course. Fast forward some years later, having just moved to Melbourne she graduated from a 200hr training and started teaching straight away. Although her voice is soothing and soft, it doesn’t mean her classes always are. She believes that trauma and stress are held in the body and that yoga is a beautiful way to help melt that away. Her intention as a yoga teacher is to help students learn to move more purposefully so that they can leave their session feeling happier, stronger, and lighter.
