Wesam first began dabbling in Yoga as a way to manage stress effectively during his experience in the corporate world. Upon completing his Vinyasa 200hr TT in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Wesam decided to embark on a new journey teaching Yoga and studying Psychology.
Meditation is a core component of Wesam’s Vinyasa-based classes. Elements of pranayama techniques and dynamic movements are interwoven in a welcoming and playful fashion. Wesam adapts shimmering sonics and lo-fi electronic beats to complement his energising sequences.
