Pilates Introductory Course

FREE for Kaya HOME, CORE & DUAL Members

Kaya health and fitness introductory courses are intended specifically for individuals who may be new to the discipline and seek a slower, more comprehensive introduction. During the course, students will be guided through exercises and will learn the terminology used in Group Reformer Pilates and Pilates Mat.

Our courses teach students:

• Philosophy • The fundamentals of the discipline • How to use the equipment correctly and safely • How to perfect technique

Kaya Pilates provides students with safe and practical challenges that improve posture, strength, core-stability, physique and overall sense of wellbeing. Pilates is also extremely effective for injury rehabilitation.

Benefits of Pilates include:

Introductory Courses are held at Kaya Prahran and Emporium

When: 

Prahran 21st July 2018 12.30-2.30pm

Emporium 16th June 2018 11.15-1.15pm

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: FREE for Kaya core members – Prahran & Emporium Non – members $80

Courses take place approximately every 4 weeks.

Yoga Introductory Course

FREE for Kaya HOME, CORE & DUAL Members

Kaya health and fitness introductory courses are intended specifically for individuals who may be new to the discipline and seek a slower, more comprehensive introduction. During the course, students will be guided through exercises and will learn the terminology used in Yoga.

 

Our courses teach students:

• Philosophy • The fundamentals of the discipline • How to use the equipment correctly and safely • How to perfect technique

Kaya Yoga teachers tailor each Yoga experience to suit the needs and physical ability for all body types and skill levels. We offer Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles. Our classes cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced students.
