WAITLIST PROCESS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you are on a waitlist for a class and you receive an sms/email saying you’ve been bumped in due to a cancellation, this is now your spot in the class and is treated as if you have booked into the class as normal. If you can NO LONGER attend this class you MUST CANCEL your space. Cancellations received less than 2 hours prior to class commencement/late arrivals are considered no-shows and will incur a $35 no-show / late cancellation fee.

If you are on a waitlist for a morning class, ensure you are up early enough for the class OR remove yourself from the waitlist, as you could be bumped in overnight (up until 2hrs prior to the class starting).
