Lunge into Skater

Hi all,

This is a great coordination lunge exercise into skater with one foot on the floor. It’s a good way to get members using their brains. Obviously cue how you would getting into a lunge.

For stronger members this would be good on 1.5 springs.
If members struggle with the coordination, it would still be great with no arms.
