Join Jodie Sheehy for a complimentary educational workshop all around practicing Reformer Pilates with common injuries. The workshop will cover how to manage your injuries, modify exercises in class, and how to use props for injuries.

About the Presenter
Jodie Sheehy | Kaya Pilates and Barre Training and Development Manager
Jodie holds an Honours Degree in Sports Science and is a certified Pilates instructor. She has over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and Dance. Jodie has worked closely alongside Osteopaths and Physiotherapists and believes in taking into account current and latest research in exercise in all forms of activity
