Join us for a hands-on workshop for beginners to learn the basics of self-defence. When it comes to self-defence, it is better to be prepared and not need it, than to need it and not be prepared. Being able to recognise and react effectively to dangerous situations, will allow you to be more confident in your daily activities and can help keep you out of harm’s way.

About the Coach
Alessandra Argese
Alessandra has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She has a black belt in kick-boxing and holds numerous fitness qualifications from Boxing to Pilates. She started her martial arts training with the aim of being confident in her own self- defence. She loves passing her knowledge to others and creating a fun, welcoming environment where people can leave feeling stronger, happier and more confident.
