Hi all,

 

We’re excited to be introducing the poles into GRC 2 across both clubs. Please don’t use the poles more than the exercises shown here. When putting the poles in the straps, cue everyone to put them in from the same side, for example, everyone put them in from the left side, to avoid poles hitting each other. If you have any issues please contact me.

We will introduce more exercises/ways to use the pole in coming weeks.
