Join Kaya Yoga Teacher Jessica Jones for a practical workshop all around practicing Yoga with common injuries.

You’ll learn how to modify postures in class, what to avoid with certain injuries, mobility patterns to include in your own practise as well as preventative hints & tips.

  • Low back pain

  • Wrists

  • Herniated discs

  • Sciatica

  • Knee pain

  • Hip injury, Labral Tear
