Learn and experience a profound deep relaxation practice called yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is translated as “Yogic Sleep” and originated in India. This workshop will focus on the foundations of yoga Nidra, including breath awareness and deep relaxation. Throughout the session you will learn about intention setting and will be guided through visualization during the practice.
- how to release built-up mental and physical tension.
- how to use yoga Nidra to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
- deep breathing technique and how to become aware of breath.
- how to set intentions to get the most out of the practice.
