Kaya and Yoga Australia are teaming up to bring Yoga into the lives of the community. Take 45 minutes out of your day on International Yoga Day Thursday the 21st of June and just BREATHE!
The class will incorporate gentle Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness & Yoga Nidra in both English & French. Classes are open to the public and all are welcome! Bookings essential.

About The Teacher
Wendy Praud – Yoga Teacher & Yoga Training and Development Manager at Kaya
Wendy was born in France and came to Australia in 2005 to continue spreading her passion for Yoga. She has earned her 500 hour Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training and has taught Yoga in LA, Paris and now Melbourne. Wendy is genuinely caring, nurturing and loves to assist students with adjustments and massages during class. Coming from a background in dance, you can experience the gracefulness of dance with a mixture of strength from Martial Arts infused into her Yoga classes. Her mission is to make people feel good through their breath and movement.
