Hi! I’m Anna, a yoga teacher who’s all about mindfulness through movement, and having fun! With a background as a journalist, I approach everything with curiosity and playfulness; I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping fit their yoga practise to them.
Chronic health issues have given me an insight into how to make yoga accessible for every body and every mind – it’s not one-size-fits-all! I always have a smile, and love building classes that are interesting and a bit unexpected.
You’ll leave my classes feeling strong, peaceful and positive.
