Our signature full-body resistance class using a reformer bed and a carefully curated range of props, helping deliver targeted strength, flexibility and control.

With tailored progressions and expert cueing, each session offers intelligent movement that meets you where you are and helps you progress at your own pace.

What do I need to bring to a Pilates class?

Grip socks are recommended for safety and can be purchased at reception, otherwise, no shoes or socks.

Bring a sweat towel, a water bottle and wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.

How long is a Pilates class?

All Reformer classes run for 45 minutes.

Pilates Essentials Courses run for 60 minutes.

Can I do Pilates if I’m pregnant?

Yes, with clearance from your GP or obstetrician.

Please speak to reception before booking. Our instructors will offer modifications to keep you moving safely.

Can I do Pilates if I have a injury/illness?

Our member’s safety is our main priority. Always listen to your body. If you are unwell it may be best to stay home to avoid spreading any illness to others.

If you have an injury, always let your instructor know at the beginning of class  and make sure you stop exercising if something doesn’t feel right.

Some injuries may require medical clearance from a practitioner before you can continue to attend class.
