Light that Nurtures

Red light therapy uses targeted red and near-infrared LED light to support cellular health, skin vitality, and recovery. Non-invasive and no heat, it’s designed to enhance wellbeing safely and effectively.

How It Works

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy (RLT) uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cells, promoting healing, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall skin and tissue health.

What intensity should I use

Intensity Guide

  • Sensitive / darker skin tones: Max Level 2
  • Lighter skin tones: Up to Level 4
  • Lamp distance: 10–15 cm from face/body
