KĀYA’s fitness circuit is designed to deliver results fast. These high energy, circuit based workouts blend strength and cardio to build muscle, improve stamina, and enhance function. With expert support every step of the way, you’ll grow stronger, more capable, and in control of your fitness.

Train with Purpose

Each circuit workout class is designed to balance your training across strength, conditioning and athletic ability. Each month has a focus, but every workout is different, giving your body the consistency it needs to improve and the variety that keeps you challenged and engaged. Expect functional equipment, thoughtful structure and expert guidance in every class, so you always know where you’re going and how you’re getting there.

Lift

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 45 mins

Our signature 45-minute strength class using free weights to help you to build a strong foundation in all the essential movement patterns, along with exercises to provide postural support and increase stability and motor control.

A monthly format, with changing exercises, helps you to stay engaged and keep track of your progress at the same time. 

Sweat

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 45 mins

Our high intensity cardio class uses a combination of cardio machines and dynamic movements to improve the efficiency of your cardiorespiratory system and muscular endurance.

With a monthly format, but exercises that change with every session, there’s never a boring moment but you’ll be able to see your capability improve with every workout. 

Hybrid

Suitability: All levels | Class duration: 45 mins

Our all-in-one strength and cardio workout, designed to give you everything you need in a single 45-minute session. This class blends multiple training modalities from resistance work to endurance efforts and dynamic cardio. Creating a balanced, medium to high-intensity class that challenges your whole body.

It’s a one-stop workout that builds strength, elevates stamina and supports everyday movement. A little strength, a little endurance, a little cardio – and a whole lot of fun.

Getting started

All you need to know before your first class

What do I need to bring to a fitness circuit class?

Wear supportive covered toe runners (no sandals or crocs), bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.

You’ll be working hard, so hydration and comfort are key.

How long is a fitness circuit class?

All classes run for 45 minutes.

 

Can I do a fitness circuit if I'm pregnant?

Fitness Circuit is not recommended during pregnancy due to the pace and physical demands of the class.

Please speak with reception for safer alternatives that still keep you moving.

Can I do a fitness circuit class if I have a injury/iIlness?

Our member’s safety is our main priority. Always listen to your body. If you are unwell it may be best to stay home to avoid spreading any illness to others.

If you have an injury, always let your instructor know at the beginning of class  and make sure you stop exercising if something doesn’t feel right.

Some injuries may require medical clearance from a practitioner before you can continue to attend class.
