Hi, I’m Callie a trauma-informed Yoga and Pilates instructor and qualified Kinesiologist.

I was drawn to yoga and Pilates at the age of 16 while navigating chronic illness and mental health challenges, where I discovered the power of movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. I incorporate this into every class to help support your strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
