Hey, I’m Jack an Exercise & Sport Scientist and Coach. I work with individuals of all experience levels, whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to improve performance. My approach is centred around creating a supportive and inclusive environment!

With a background in strength & conditioning and coaching, I place a big emphasis on proper technique and helping you build sustainable habits that carry over into everyday life.

Outside of coaching, I play soccer and enjoy continuing to learn more about training, performance, and health.
