Hi divas, I’m Mikey! I am a multidisciplinary artist, singer, actor, dancer, model, stylist and honestly if it’s in the creative arts there is a chance I do that too. I also have the immense privilege of being your Pilates instructor!  I strive to bring all elements of my background and years of training in dance, movement and exercise into my classes. I foster a fun, safe and engaging space for people to push themselves and find what Pilates means to them and how it can serve both their personal and fitness journeys.
