Head of Pilates, Fitness and Education

G’Day! My name is Claudia and I’m the Head of Pilates, Fitness, and Education at KĀYA . I’ve been a part of KĀYA since 2013 and have enjoyed my time as Wellness Advisor and Club Manager throughout that time, however my true calling is assisting people reach their wellness and health goals as an instructor. I’m known for my warm and supportive approach and strive to create a safe space in the studio while challenging members to reach their full potential.

I’m passionate about helping individuals build strength, deepen their knowledge in their own body and progress their practice while have FUN! When I’m not teaching, I love spending my time with loved ones and my boxer dog Bones. My hobbies include lifting weights, getting nerdy around all things exercise based and dining out. Let’s get sweaty and have some belly laughs together!
