This full-body strength and cardio class uses functional equipment like ergometers (rowers, bikes, ski machines), weights, and bodyweight drills to build power and stamina.
With structured intervals and expert guidance, each session is fast-moving, energising and easy to adapt to your fitness level.

All you need to know before your first class
What do I need to bring to a fitness circuit class?
Wear supportive covered toe runners (no sandals or crocs), bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.
You’ll be working hard, so hydration and comfort are key.
How long is a fitness circuit class?
All classes run for 45 minutes.
Can I do a fitness circuit if I'm pregnant?
Fitness Circuit is not recommended during pregnancy due to the pace and physical demands of the class.
Please speak with reception for safer alternatives that still keep you moving.
Can I do a fitness circuit class if I have a injury/iIlness?
Our member’s safety is our main priority. Always listen to your body. If you are unwell it may be best to stay home to avoid spreading any illness to others.
If you have an injury, always let your instructor know at the beginning of class and make sure you stop exercising if something doesn’t feel right.
Some injuries may require medical clearance from a practitioner before you can continue to attend class.
